On Wednesday, Mizzou Soccer announced that fans will be allowed free admission to Audrey J. Walton Soccer Stadium for all home contests for the 2021 season and beyond. The Tigers are entering their first season under the leadership of Head Coach Stefanie Golan.
“We are looking forward to building a lasting relationship with the soccer community in Columbia and Missouri as a whole.” Coach Golan said. “When we are playing at home, we want our opponents to feel that they are playing against the whole state of Missouri.”
The Tigers will open the season with five-consecutive home matches beginning on Thursday, August 19th at 7 p.m. against rival Illinois. The Tigers finished the 2020 season with a 6-5-3 record and a fifth-place finish in SEC play.
